LK542 (Loctite 542 equivalent thread sealant):
LK542 hydraulic sealant is a liquid sealant recommended for sealing the fine threads of hydraulic and pneumatic connectors.
LK545 (Loctite 545 equivalent thread sealant):
Hydraulic / pneumatic sealant.
It won’t pollute the hydraulic system, it can be used on the slightly greasy surface. Fast curing, low strength. It’s applied to lock and seal high pressure hydraulic systems and taper thread below M38.
It contains no fillers, won’t clog valves and filtration systems.
LK554 (Loctite 554 equivalent thread sealant):
Frozen system sealant.
Excellent chemical resistance, especially suitable for the R11, R12 frozen pipe thread seal. For sealing of pipe thread below M80 of refrigeration equipment. Good solvent resistance.
LK567 (Loctite 567 equivalent thread sealant, replacement for Loxeal 18-10):
High temperature, high viscosity. Used for sealing of pipe thread below M80, can withstand the high temperature of 204 ℃, with excellent solvent resistance. It can be used in the locking and sealing of high pressure tapered pipe threads and joints. It can be disassembled by using tools.
LK569 (Loctite 569 equivalent thread sealant):
Medium viscosity, medium strength, used for sealing of hydraulic and pneumatic pipe thread.
LK572 (Loctite 572 equivalent thread sealant):
low strength sealant with moderate fixture speed for use on coarse threads. ideal where slow cure is required for adjusting the alignment of fittings.
LK577 (Loctite 577 equivalent thread sealant, replacement for Loxeal 58-11):
Coarse thread, thixotropic, high viscosity, fast curing, high strength. It is suitable for high-pressure stainless steel taper thread and cylindrical pipe thread below M80.
LK592 (Loctite 592 equivalent thread sealant):
High viscosity, medium strength thread sealing adhesive; it has high temperature resistance, high lubricating properties and fittings can be readjusted shortly after assembly. Used for immediate low pressure thread sealing, after full cure joints are sealed to pipe burst pressure; typically used in applications up to 204°C.
