Anaerobic adhesives are one-part adhesives that cure on metal surfaces in the absence of oxygen, offering durability for structural bonds. They are less toxic than other acrylics, have a mild, inoffensive odor and are not corrosive to metals.

There are mainly four types of anaerobic adhesives: threadlocker(thread locker), threadsealant(thread sealant, pipe sealant), retaining compound(bearing adhesive) and gasket sealant(gasket maker, flange sealant).

Ningbo Locke Glue Industry Co., Ltd. was established in year of 2007.

We are one of the several leading manufacturers in China who master well technology of anaerobic adhesive, vacuum impregnation sealant and pre-applied threadlocking & threadsealing adhesive and may be the unique producer of heat-curing wood stabilizing resin(vacuum) in China.

Other than the adhesives mentioned as above, we also produce UV glue, cyanoacrylate glue, RTV silicone sealant, metal repair epoxy putty, acrylic AB glue and etc depending on our customers’ requirements.

Superior Raw Materials

We use raw materials same as worldwide first-class manufacturers like Henkel Loctite to ensure the high quality.

Reaction and Formulation

We formulate anaerobic adhesive in our workshop from monomers to finished goods totally under quality control.

Filling and Packaging

Filling anaerobic adhesive from bulk to small containers like 10ml, 50ml, 250ml bottles, which could be resold by distributors, retailers.

Quality Control

Guided by ISO9001, we formulate our products in our workshop from monomers to finished goods totally under control.

Delivery

Our average production period for order of anaerobic adhesive could be 10-15 days.

Advantage of Our Production

Our worshop can formulate 4 tons of bulk pack anaerobic adhesive per day.The production automation rate could be over 80%: labeling, filling, screwing cap and etc. It ensures accurately fullfilling production requirements and enhances productivity a lot.
